As the situation related to COVID-19 continues to develop, the City has been rapidly enforcing new policies and procedures to reduce the spread of disease and protect the safety and welfare of the public.
On Friday 03/27, the definition of ‘Essential Construction’ projects in New York City was again refined and greatly narrowed. Please see the document from the NYC DOB, (dated 03/31), referring to FAQ’s on Essential vs. Non-Essential Construction for clarity and convenience at this link.
