What are Preservation and Restoration?

Building preservation is the art and science of retaining and sustaining a building's historic fabric. On the other hand, building restoration involves accurately re-establishing the form and details of a building after they are lost over time or have deteriorated. 

Why do you need our help? 

At FSI, we are passionate about preservation and restoration of all buildings, including designated landmarks. All buildings require maintenance. Left unchecked, deterioration and decay will progress exponentially, sometimes unnoticeable to the untrained eye. At FSI, we have been designing and specifying repair methodologies and managing the implementation for restoring and preserving all buildings, especially architecturally significant ones. Our architects and engineers have the education, training and decades of experience with a specialized understanding of historical building construction processes.
