Scope of Project:

At the heart of the office, expansive glass-walled offices flood the space with abundant natural light from both façades, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan layout fosters collaboration, encouraging departments to mingle in shared communal zones—including cozy 'Pods,' a welcoming open kitchen, and casual mini meeting rooms furnished with comfortable couches instead of traditional conference tables. The décor embraces a sleek, minimalist modern style with a sophisticated black-and-white palette, accented by the warm, raw texture of Oriented Strand Board. To enhance acoustics and intimacy, FSI strategically implemented dropped sound-isolation panels with integrated recessed lighting, delivering focused illumination while reducing noise and cultivating a private, serene office environment.
