Scope of Project:

Front and rear restoration project. Front façade restoration included 100% removal of marble skin and decorative elements to perform structural repairs and installation of new stainless steel anchors as a result of extensive probing and evaluation. Rear façade restoration included fire escape and new window flashings.

Our Involvement:

FSI coordinated test probing and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the building, identifying areas of deterioration and evidence of prior inadequate repairs across all façades. Based on these findings, the firm developed a complete restoration scope addressing façade and cornice rehabilitation, including stone repairs and anchorage systems.
