Project Highlights

Scope of Project: The overall goal was to eliminate unsafe conditions that had resulted in the Department of Building's violations. FSI designed and oversaw the installation of a new 20 inch diameter flue. The scope of work also included new controllers and a variable frequency drive panel control system in the sub-cellar, new breeching, double wall flue system and new draft inducer fans at the roof level. 

FSI's Involvement: FSI engineered the designed and prepared all construction documents. In addition the firm cured accrued violations in the Department of Buildings.
