FSI Architecture works closely with condominium and cooperative boards, Property managers and Owners of buildings, providing comprehensive consulting across all aspects of the property.

Our expertise includes the exterior building envelope—such as façades and roofs—building systems, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Protection and interior architectural design. and review of proposed alterations.

Serving as architects and engineers on call, we provide responsive support for urgent conditions while also helping boards plan proactively to prevent future issues. Our consulting services focus on evaluating conditions, identifying risks, and guiding informed decisions on a wide range of technical, operational, and capital improvement matters affecting the building.
